refund policy

Returns of purchased product must be done within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Original receipt as proof of purchase must be provided.



Depending on quantity, we may use layers of bubble wrap or a box to pack the products. “Fragile” label will be used to indicate parcel handling requirement by our shipping partner. Don’t worry, it’s a rare event that our parcel arrived broken or damaged.

We will assess the authenticity of your claim once we received the returned item. If your claim is approved, a  notification will be sent via email, and a refund process will be initiated. 

Refund will be issued in the form of store credits at your customer account at our website, which can be used for next purchase. Refund to credit card or cash are not available.

The maximum refund offered is the value of the product. We shall not be liable for any further losses or compensation claim.
